At 8:18 a.m. on December 10, 2025, the first key steel beam of the Phase II expansion project of Xingda's Thailand Factory, located in Chonburi Province, Thailand, was successfully put in place, marking a crucial progress in the main construction of the project.

As an active practitioner of Chinese manufacturing enterprises going global, Xingda Group has continued to accelerate its global layout under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative. In 2019, Phase I of Xingda's Thailand Factory was officially put into production, becoming the first overseas production base in the domestic industry and opening a new chapter in the Group's international operations.

The ongoing Phase II expansion project has a total investment of approximately 3 billion RMB and covers an area of 200,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will form efficient synergy with the Phase I project. After full production, the Thailand Factory will increase a certain amount of bead wire production capacity and double the existing steel cord production capacity, further consolidating Xingda's international competitiveness and global presence in the industry.
